b. Nov. 20th Henry County Mo. Shawnee Township.  Delbert is the son of John Andrew Cheesman & Mary Elizabeth Frazell.  Delbert came to Oklahoma in 1896. 

Stories are told through the family that Delbert was a healer.  He was contacted by Doctors to stop patients from bleeding.
